About the trainer
Join Soufiane Hamdaoui, an experienced leadership coach from Belgium with over 20 years of experience, for the first part of our four-part workshop series on operational excellence. Soufiane has a Global Executive MBA and is currently pursuing his PhD is Organizational Leadership.
Soufiane has a rich history of leadership, from managing a supermarket at 18, leading VIP events for sports clubs, to overseeing a customer service department of 175 FTEs. He uses his hands-on leadership experience and academic knowledge when it comes to providing sparring sessions and his Growth Leadership Program to management level executives.
His journey is marked by continuous improvement and learning, including certifications in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Change and Project Management.
